How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

Online orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. During sale periods, processing times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days. *Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Estimated delivery times do not include processing time, holidays, or pending time. Orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed. Please allow 48 hours after processing for a tracking update.

Are There Any Holidays When Outdoor Research Won't Be Processing Shipments?

Yes. Orders will not be processed and Customer Service will be closed on the following 2024 US and/or Canadian holidays:

US:

New Year's Day - January 1

MLK Day - January 15th

President's Day - February 19th

Memorial Day - May 27th

Juneteenth - June 19th

Independence Day - July 4th

Labor Day - September 2nd

Thanksgiving - November 28th & 29th

Christmas - December 24th & 25th

Canada:

Labour Day - September 2nd

Indigeous Women's Day "MMIWG" - October 4th

Thanksgiving - October 14th
