You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Items must be unworn or unused
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping
• Size or personal preference: Customer pays return shipping

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off

Orders shipped to the EU can be returned within 14 days for any reason. Return conditions are the same as above.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved
• Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days
