Return Policy
At Alpargali, we hope you are completely satisfied with every product you receive. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact;
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required;
- Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return;
- If the item has a quality issue, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos or videos as proof — we will process the return unconditionally.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team (hello@alpargali.com) to submit your return request and the reason;
- Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address;
- Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item, and share the tracking number with us;
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Note: If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at hello@alpargali.com.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

- Once confirmed, we will provide you with the exchange address;
- Please use a trackable shipping method to send the item back, and provide us with the tracking number;
- Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the exchange conditions, we will process and ship the replacement within 5 business days.
Exchange Shipping Fees:
- For exchanges due to personal reasons, the shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility;
- For exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs.
